New Spring 2027 Student? Spring 2027 Residence Hall Application will open November 2, 2026. If you will be a new student on campus this spring, we invite you to apply.

Winter Break 2026-27 Residence Hall Applications will open November 2, 2026

Academic Year 2027-2028 Residence Hall Applications & Exemption Requests open January 27, 2027.

If you are here to pay a deposit or First Month Rent click on the Apartment/Rent Payment option and you will be taken to a site that will accept your credit card payment. This will not show up until you have been assigned a unit.

If you are currently a Bison Run or UW Apartment lease holder you can click on Apartment/Rent Payment to check your balance, make a rent payment, or print a statement.
