New student for Spring 2026? Spring only 2026 applications will open November 3, 2025. Current residents do not need to complete this application.

Academic Year 2026-2027 Residence Hall Applications open January 26, 2026.

UW Apartment Applications for 2026-2027 open February 2, 2026.

If you are here to pay a deposit or First Month Rent click on the Apartment/Rent Payment option and you will be taken to a site that will accept your credit card payment. This will not show up until you have been assigned a unit.

If you are currently a Bison Run or UW Apartment lease holder you can click on Apartment/Rent Payment to check your balance, make a rent payment, or print a statement.
